Privacy Policy

2026-10-08

1. Scope and operator

This policy explains how OOCCRR at www.ooccrr.net collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use its website and file-processing services. The operator is ganfanstech.cn (support@ganfanstech.cn). For support or privacy requests, email support@ganfanstech.cn.

This policy covers the global website. Accounts, trial usage and service records on www.ooccrr.com are separate and are not automatically imported into the global website. External websites and services may have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Google sign-in data: access and use. When you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides OOCCRR with an identity credential containing your Google account identifier and, when supplied, your name, profile picture and verified email address. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail or Google Drive through this sign-in process.

We use your Google account identifier to create or identify your OOCCRR account and maintain your sign-in session. We store your account identifier and any name and profile picture supplied by Google for account identification and profile display. Our current account-registration flow does not write your email address to the account database. We do not use your email address as an account identifier.

File processing: browser-local tools process the selected files on your device without uploading their contents for processing. Cloud or hybrid tools upload the files or portions needed for the requested operation. We may process source files, output files, recognition results, file names, sizes, formats, task status and processing errors. A local-processing label does not mean that the website sends no network requests: public resources, sign-in and usage analytics may still involve network services.

Service and security information: we may process your IP address, browser and operating-system information, request times, service logs, account identifiers, trial usage and technical error information to operate the service and investigate faults or abuse.

Support: when you email us, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you provide. Please avoid sending passwords, payment credentials or unrelated sensitive information. If a sample file is needed, remove information that is unnecessary for the investigation.

3. Purposes of processing

We use information to provide the operation you request, authenticate your account, manage trial allowances, make results available, respond to support and privacy requests, maintain security, prevent abuse and improve website usability. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of our agreement with you, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted, or consent where required. Accepting this policy does not replace any separate consent required by law.

We do not sell uploaded files or use their contents to train our own AI models. This policy does not authorize external processing providers to use your files for model training. Their handling must be assessed against the applicable service terms; this statement is not a guarantee about every provider's independent practices.

Membership purchasing is currently unavailable on the global website. We do not collect payment-card details or WeChat payment information for global-site purchases. We will update the relevant notices before introducing a payment service.

4. Cookies, local storage and analytics

We use browser storage and similar technologies for sign-in state and necessary website functions. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out or affect some functions.

If analytics services are enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and defined usage events, and Microsoft Clarity provides interaction metrics, heatmaps and session playback. Analytics storage is enabled and advertising storage is disabled in that configuration. Providers may receive technical identifiers, device and browser information, page information and interaction events. Omitting direct account details does not necessarily make this information anonymous.

We unmask configurable content wherever possible on website pages, workbenches, account areas, and sign-in and payment dialogs. Page content including file names, recognized text, account details and payment information may be collected and sent to Microsoft. This is separate from whether a file tool processes files locally or in the cloud. Content in input boxes and dropdowns remains masked by Clarity; local images, Canvas and third-party iframes may not replay fully. Masking changes do not restore content missing from older recordings. The dedicated Google sign-in route is excluded from analytics initialization. The website currently has no account setting that turns these analytics services off. Browser privacy controls can limit some collection but may not block every technical request. Any consent controls required for a launch region must be implemented separately.

Provider information: Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Microsoft Privacy Statement (https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).

5. Service providers and disclosure

We use providers for website delivery and CDN services, TOS object storage, Google sign-in, selected TextIn OCR or document-conversion operations, and GA4/Clarity analytics. A provider receives information relevant to its function; for example, a cloud recognition provider may receive the file or document portion you ask it to recognize. This is different from publishing your files or sharing them with other users.

Google sign-in and analytics providers may also process information under their own policies. TextIn's published policy is available at TextIn Privacy Policy (https://www.textin.com/privacy). You do not need to create a separate TextIn account merely to use OOCCRR's integrated processing.

We may disclose information when lawfully required, when necessary to protect rights and security, or with your authorization. If ownership of the service changes, we will provide any notice required by law and require the recipient to respect applicable data-protection obligations. We do not treat every security incident as an exemption from our obligations.

Infrastructure and providers may process information in a country or region different from yours. We apply the safeguards required by applicable law to such processing. This policy does not claim that every file and every provider processes data in a single location.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described above, taking account of the service you use, account activity, necessary security and abuse-prevention records, support requests and applicable legal requirements. Files and processing results are temporary working materials, not a backup service; download and retain your own copies promptly. The retention period shown for a tool, file or download link, where provided, applies to that item.

Conversion history currently shows tasks from the last seven days. This is a history-display limit, not a promise that all source files, results, database records, provider copies or backups are permanently erased after seven days. The service does not currently publish a verified, uniform physical-deletion period for all these categories; ask us before uploading material that requires a particular deletion deadline.

We use measures such as HTTPS transport, access controls and account/session checks to reduce unauthorized access. No network or storage system is completely risk-free. We will investigate security incidents, take remedial measures and notify affected users or authorities where required by law.

7. Your choices, rights and account closure

You can choose browser-local tools, avoid optional uploads, sign out and manage browser storage. Email support@ganfanstech.cn to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

We may verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 15 working days, subject to any shorter or otherwise mandatory legal deadline. If a request cannot be fully granted, we will explain the reason and available next steps where required.

Closing your OOCCRR account ends your global-site access and sessions; it does not delete your Google account. We may retain the Google account identifier and limited closure/trial records to prevent repeated registration from resetting allowances, and records required for lawful security, dispute or compliance purposes. Account closure therefore does not mean that every record is immediately erased. Requests concerning independently operated provider services may also need to be directed to that provider.

8. Minors

If you are under 18, review this policy and the Terms of Service with a parent or legal guardian and obtain their guidance and consent before using the service. You must also meet the age and consent requirements of the law applicable to you and of Google sign-in. This service is not specifically directed at children. A guardian who believes a child has supplied information without appropriate authorization can contact us to request assistance.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when the service or our processing changes. We will display the updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law. Contact ganfanstech.cn (support@ganfanstech.cn) at support@ganfanstech.cn with questions, complaints or suspected information exposure.
