Please read these terms before using OOCCRR at www.ooccrr.net. The service operator is ganfanstech.cn (support@ganfanstech.cn). By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. If you are under 18, review these terms with a parent or legal guardian and obtain their guidance and consent. You must also satisfy any applicable local age requirements.

1. Scope of the agreement

These terms apply to the global OOCCRR website and the tools actually available there, including supported OCR, PDF, image and document-processing functions. Availability, supported formats, file limits and processing location are shown in the relevant tool. References to services do not promise that every function offered on another OOCCRR website is available here.

The global website and www.ooccrr.com have separate accounts, trial usage, memberships and service records. An account or entitlement on one website does not automatically provide an entitlement on the other. These terms do not change existing China-site rights or records.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised version and give additional notice where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that applicable law protects. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected service.

2. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains account information, files, technical data, analytics, service providers and privacy requests. We use information necessary to provide and secure the requested service. A general acceptance of these terms does not replace a separate consent or other legal basis required for a particular use of personal information.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights or authority to submit files and any information about other people contained in them. Do not upload information that you are not permitted to send to the processing providers involved.

3. Accounts and security

When account services are available, the global website uses Google sign-in. Use your own authorized account through the official sign-in flow and keep your Google account and OOCCRR session secure. Do not buy, rent, borrow, share or create accounts in bulk to evade service rules or trial limits. Inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership when resolving a support or closure request. To request account closure, email support@ganfanstech.cn. We aim to respond within 15 working days, subject to mandatory legal deadlines. Closure ends access to the global account and its sessions; it does not close your Google account, cancel your China-site account or reset previously consumed trials.

Download any needed results before requesting closure. Closed accounts and their service entitlements may not be recoverable. Limited identity, closure and trial records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy; closure is not a promise of immediate erasure of every record.

4. Service use, trials and purchasing

Browser-local tools offered as free may be used under these terms. Eligible cloud tools provide the trial allowance shown for your account. Tool-specific conditions, quotas and available results govern each operation. You must not evade limits by repeatedly registering or interfering with quota checks.

Membership plans may be displayed using information returned by the global service, but payment and membership purchasing are currently unavailable. A displayed plan is not an accepted order, payment request or grant of membership. WeChat payment and the WeChat mini program are not offered on this website. Future payment methods, prices, renewal rules and refund terms will be disclosed before purchasing becomes available.

The service is licensed for personal office work and personal use, and must not be used directly or indirectly for commercial profit-making activities. Do not use scripts, robots, crawlers or other automated means to access or operate the service. Any broader commercial or automated use requires a separate agreement with us.

Do not infringe others' rights, submit unlawful or malicious material, attack or disrupt the service, circumvent security controls, or resell or share account access. We may apply reasonable rate limits or restrict abusive activity to protect the service and other users.

5. File processing and results

Browser-local operations process files on your device. Cloud and hybrid operations transmit the necessary files or document portions to server-side processing and, for some tools, external providers such as TextIn. Consult the tool's processing notice and Privacy Policy before submitting a file.

You retain the rights you already have in your submitted material. You authorize us and the relevant providers to handle it only as needed for the requested processing, result delivery and associated service/security purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Submission does not transfer ownership to us.

Recognition, conversion and AI-assisted results may contain errors, omissions or layout changes. Quality depends on the source material, format and processing method. Check results before relying on them, especially for financial, legal, identity or other consequential decisions. The service does not certify the authenticity of documents or replace professional review.

6. Storage and retention

Cloud files and results are temporary working materials. Keep your own copies and download needed results promptly. An item's stated expiry or retention period, where shown, applies to that item; do not rely on the service for permanent storage or backup.

The conversion-history view currently covers the last seven days. That display window is not a uniform seven-day physical-deletion guarantee for files, outputs, database records, provider copies or backups. The Privacy Policy describes retention and how to request deletion. Ask us before submitting files that require a fixed deletion deadline.

We do not sell your files or use their contents to train our own AI models. We provide necessary material to processing providers to deliver the operation you request, rather than promising that no third party ever receives a file. We do not authorize provider model training through these terms; the applicable provider arrangements must be reviewed separately.

7. File management and requests

Where supported, your account lets you view conversion history and download available results. Expired, unavailable or deleted results may not be recoverable. Contact support@ganfanstech.cn for file-deletion or account-closure requests; these terms do not promise an instant self-service deletion function for every tool.

We will handle verified requests in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Some security, trial-abuse prevention, dispute or legally required records may remain. Removing an OOCCRR result does not automatically remove copies you downloaded or sent elsewhere.

8. Changes, interruption and termination

The service may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, capacity limits, network or provider failures, natural events or lawful government requirements. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and give notice where practicable or legally required.

We may limit or suspend access for a material breach, security threat or unlawful use. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. We may change or discontinue a function, subject to obligations and rights protected by applicable law. These clauses do not automatically excuse our responsibility for our own unlawful conduct.

9. Intellectual property

The website, software, branding and other service materials belong to their respective rights holders. Except for the limited permission to use the service, these terms grant no right to copy, distribute, sell or exploit those materials. Your pre-existing rights in uploaded content are not transferred by using the service.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every result will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Third-party links and services may be governed by their own terms. We remain responsible for obligations that the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not remove mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not establish a monetary liability cap.

11. Other provisions

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A delay in exercising a right does not by itself waive that right. Any separate written service agreement applies to the matters it expressly covers. Contact us with questions or suggestions about these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you, these terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. First contact support@ganfanstech.cn so that we can try to resolve a dispute by discussion.

If discussion does not resolve the dispute, disputes will be submitted to the competent People's Court at the operator's registered location, except where mandatory law gives you another forum or prevents that choice.
