What can I use without a membership?
Local tools are free and do not consume a cloud trial or daily quota. Cloud tools provide signed-in users with one free trial per tool. Check the entitlement card in the workbench and My Account for current availability.
Is there only one free trial shared by all cloud tools?
No. Each cloud tool currently provides its own one-time free trial, calculated independently, and trial uses do not reset each day. A use is updated only after a task succeeds; a failed task should not be counted as a successful one.
Quota and features4
Which tasks use the shared daily quota of 100 units?
PDF OCR uses one unit per page. Image to Word, image watermark removal, and handwriting removal are single-image AI tasks, and each single-image AI task uses one unit per image. Both task types draw from the same daily pool of 100 units; the workspace shows estimated usage before starting and blocks tasks when the balance is insufficient.
Which member tools can be used without a usage limit?
The Pricing page currently lists standard PDF and Office cloud conversions as unlimited member benefits. PDF OCR and single-image AI tasks remain subject to the shared daily quota. Refer to “Unlimited for members” or “Today’s shared quota” in the relevant workbench for the final rule.
When does the member daily quota reset?
The current page states that the shared daily quota resets automatically at 00:00 each day. The workbench shows the remaining quota, estimated usage for the current task, and reset time. If the balance is insufficient, wait for the reset or reduce the current workload.
Do different membership plans include different features?
No. The current paid plans provide the same membership benefits and mainly differ in validity period. Available billing periods, plan names, and actual prices are returned by the server in real time. Check the Pricing page and payment confirmation before placing an order.

Use your Google account to sign in and view cloud trials, usage and conversion history.
How long can members view cloud conversion records?
The current benefits table states that recent cloud conversion records are retained for 7 days. Local tools do not create account-side cloud conversion records, so download and save important results promptly after processing.
Where can I view trials and daily usage?
The workspace shows the allowance for the current tool. Your account page shows trials and daily usage together.
