About Excel to PDF

Are both XLS and XLSX supported?

Yes. XLS and XLSX are supported, with a current per-file limit of 200MB. For files containing macros, external data sources, hidden worksheets, or complex print areas, confirm the final print range in Excel before conversion.

Why can pagination look wrong after converting Excel to PDF?

PDF pages depend on the workbook’s paper size, orientation, scaling, margins, and print area. If print layout is not configured in advance, an extra-wide table may be split across pages or reduced until it is too small. Complete the page setup in the source file first.

Will multiple Excel files be combined into one PDF?

No. During batch conversion, each Excel file produces its own PDF and the results are downloaded together as ZIP. To create one combined document, use Merge PDF afterward and arrange the files in the required order.

Does Excel to PDF upload my file?

Yes. Conversion takes place in the cloud. Signed-in users receive one independent free trial, and standard Office conversion is unlimited for members. For files containing sensitive financial data, first confirm that cloud processing meets your business requirements.
