About JPG/PNG to SVG

What is the difference between Basic Embed and Pro Vectorization?

Basic Embed wraps the original bitmap in an SVG container locally for format compatibility, but enlargement is still limited by the source pixels. Pro Vectorization uses the cloud to convert graphics into vector paths and is better suited to logos, line art, and images with clear outlines.

Can every converted SVG be enlarged without limit?

No. Only path content created by Pro Vectorization has true vector scaling. Basic Embed remains a bitmap. Vectorizing a photo can also produce many paths, simplified colors, or changed details.

How should I choose the Poster, Black and White, or Photo preset in Pro mode?

Poster suits blocks of color and text graphics. Black and White suits line art, signatures, and high-contrast material. Photo is intended for more complex colors and details. Inspect edges, text, and colors in the preview before using the result in a formal design.

Do the two modes use the same processing location and entitlement?

No. Basic Embed runs locally in your browser and consumes no trial or daily quota. Pro Vectorization requires cloud upload. A signed-in user receives one free trial for that mode, with later use governed by current membership benefits.

Which inputs and outputs are supported?

JPG, JPEG, and PNG are currently supported for batch processing, with SVG output and ZIP download for batches. Low-resolution, blurry, or visually complex source images limit vectorization quality.
